How to make
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
The peeled pumpkin is cut into about 1″ (2.5 cm) cubes and they are placed in a large plate.
Mix the melted butter with the sugar, salt and cinnamon and pour them over the pumpkin.
Stir the pumpkin well to distribute the topping evenly, pour one layer over a tray lined with baking paper and roast the pumpkin for 45 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes.
Ten minutes before the end of the pumpkin roasting, add the walnuts.
The caramelized pumpkin with walnuts is ready.
