In a suitable cookware, pour the milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and warm them up.
During this time, leave the gelatin to swell in a little water.
When the panna cotta mixture is ready, remove it from the heat and add the gelatin and matcha, by stirring, until the products are completely dissolved.
Transfer the wonderful panna cotta into suitable cream molds for serving.
Leave the matcha panna cotta in the refrigerator to harden for a few hours.
When it is ready, garnish it with fresh fruit.
