  • red potatoes - 6 pcs.
  • butter - 1.6 oz (45 g)
  • grated parmesan - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • garlic powder - 3 g or 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • dried thyme - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp.

How to make

The potatoes are washed well and cut into thin slices like chips. It is best to use a grater for this purpose. Put the potatoes in a bowl.

Sprinkle them with salt, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried thyme and black pepper. The butter is left to soften and also added to the potato chips. Everything is mixed well.

Grease a muffin tin in advance. Use the chips and arrange them like a tower in each mold.

The potatoes are baked in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).
