How to make

Boil the potatoes in slightly salted water for 25 minutes. If they are fresh and with a thin skin, you can leave it, otherwise peel them.

Cut each potato in half and arrange them on a plate with the cut side up.

Mix the mayonnaise for the sauce with the cream, caviar, mustard, salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

Place a scoop on each potato half.

Cut the salmon into thin slices and place one on top of the mayonnaise sauce. Sprinkle with half a spoon of black caviar and garnish with fresh rosemary and dill leaves.

Serve the festive appetizer with a bowl of the remaining mayonnaise sauce with caviar.

Enjoy this potatoes with salmon and caviar appetizer!
