Ingredients

  • fresh mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt - 1 - 2 pinches
  • ground black pepper - by taste (optional)
  • flour - 4 tbsp.
  • oil - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • processed cheese - 5.6 oz (160 g)

How to make

The mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into slices.

Pour them into 4 cups of boiling water. Add the wine, salt and black pepper. Boil everything for 30 minutes and then remove the mushrooms from the broth.

In another bowl, melt the butter and fry the flour in it. Add the mushroom broth very slowly and dilute it, until it turns into a not very thick homogeneous mixture.

Add the processed cheese and stir, until it's dissolved in the sauce. Finally, add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes.

The flavored steaks can be drizzled with the prepared mushroom sauce and baked in a baking pan with a lid in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 360°F (180°C).

Or you can pour the prepared meat with steak sauce with mushrooms, wine and processed cheese and serve it with a garnish.
