How to make
Soak the nuts along with the rum in a little water (so that they are covered) for 10 minutes.
Then strain the water and add the sugar.
Grind finely in a blender, add the cocoa and butter and blend again, until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
Add the agave syrup and stir.
Pour it into a jar and close the chocolate spread tightly.
The homemade hazelnut spread is ready.
