How to make
Put the rice to cook, while you prepare the vegetables.
Cut both types of onions and put them in a deep frying pan with olive oil to stew along with a pinch of salt. After a minute or two, add the chopped yellow pepper and leave them to simmer again for a few minutes.
Peel the tomato and cut it into small cubes. When the vegetables soften and the rice is cooked, mix it with the vegetables and season the delicious risotto to your liking.
The risotto with chili, tomatoes and peppers is served warm.
