How to make
Melt the butter and chocolate and then leave the mixture to cool slightly.
During this time, beat the egg whites into fluffy mixture.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, until a white mixture is obtained.
Add the cooled chocolate mixture, mashed bananas (with a fork) and oil to them. Mix.
Add the flour, which has been mixed with the baking powder.
Stir, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add the beaten egg whites and mix again carefully, so that they do not lose their volume.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin, which has been greased and sprinkled with flour.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30-40 minutes. Bake, until it is fully baked
Leave the chocolate-banana cake to cool for about 5-10 minutes, then take it out.
If desired, cover the chocolate cake with chocolate glaze and sprinkle it with nuts of your choice.
