How to make
In a large bowl, place the egg yolks, add the sugar and begin to beat, until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with two tablespoons of sugar, until white foam forms.
Then with a wooden spoon, start to mix them lightly, so that the air does not decrease, add the yogurt with the oil and then it's time to add the flour. Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and mix carefully.
Divide the mixture for the fluffy sponge cake into two portions, add cocoa to one and start pouring the white mixture first, then pour the cocoa in the middle. The mold for the marble sponge cake should be greased.
Bake the huge sponge cake at 360°F (180 degrees) for 40 minutes.
