How to make
Stir the yolks with the sugar for about 20 minutes. Spoon by spoon, add the flour, lemon zest and lemon juice, raisins and vanilla. Add the coarsely chopped walnuts and beaten to snow egg whites to the prepared mixture.
Stir the mixture lightly and pour it into a greased and floured cake form. Bake in a moderate oven.
Once the cake cools, sprinkle it with sugar.
