How to make
Beat the egg and sugar with a wire whisk. Add flour and salt. Stir the mixture. Add the soft butter, without pressing too hard.
Form a ball and set it aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Place and spread the pie dough evenly in a cake tin with a removable bottom. Bake it for 15 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
Filling preparation:
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pull it aside.
Quickly beat the eggs with the sugar with a wire whisk. Add to the pumpkin puree. Add the liquid cream and mix well, until everything is smooth and homogeneous.
Pour half of it into a bowl and the other half into another bowl.
In the first bowl, add the spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg) to the mixture. Mix them well.
In the second bowl, add the melted chocolate. Mix well.
Pour the pumpkin and chocolate mixture over the lightly baked pie base. Smooth it out.
Carefully pour the mixture of pumpkin and spices on top.
Bake the pumpkin pie for 40 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
Remove the magical pumpkin pie with chocolate from the oven and leave it to cool.
