"These quite popular oatmeal pancakes are really a great healthy option for breakfast, their taste is quite competitive with the taste of the classic ones, so try them and decide for yourself which ones you like more"

Ingredients

  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • oatmeal - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla essence - 1 ampoule
  • protein - 2 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • oil - or other fat (of your choice)

How to make

Put the banana along with the oatmeal in a blender, by pouring a small amount of boiling water over them, to soften them. Add the yogurt.

Blend everything, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then pour the mixture into a bowl. The honey is added to the mixture and mixed with a mixer or wire whisk.

Then add the baking soda, which we have added a few drops of vinegar to.

This way the pancakes will become more puffy. The salt, vanilla and protein powder are added to the mixture. Add the coconut shavings next.

Place the pan on a preheated hob at a high temperature, then reduce the heat. It depends on your hob and how strong it is.

Drizzle a little fat and spread it around well with kitchen paper, then pour the mixture in it. This is repeated, until you run out of mixture for the delicious protein pancakes.

Each pancake is baked for a minute - a minute and a half.

You can decorate the pancakes with oatmeal and yogurt with fruit of your choice.

I decorated them with kiwi fruit.
