  • cooking cream - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • penny bun mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • celery - 2 stalks
  • fresh garlic - 2 stalks
  • sage - 1 stalk (dried)
  • onions - 1/2 onion
  • thyme - 2 stalks (dried)
  • vegetable broth - about 1.2 liters
  • vermicelli noodles - 3 handfuls
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

First, prepare the vegetables for the soup. Peel and finely chop the celery, fresh garlic and onion and cut the mushrooms into cubes.

Heat the oil and fry the onion and celery. When they have almost softened, add the fresh garlic. Do not add a lot of fat for frying, because the mushroom soup will become very heavy.

Add to the chopped mushrooms to the stewed vegetables, saute them briefly and sprinkle them with dried thyme and sage.

Pour 4 cups (1 liter) of vegetable broth and stir. Leave the soup to simmer for 20 minutes. If the liquid evaporates, add the remaining broth.
