How to make
Boil the beans with a bay leaf until almost done. Then strain them.
Cut the carrot and celery into cubes and fry them in the heated fat. To them we add the onion and garlic - finely chopped.
Cut the sausages into large pieces, as well as the smoked bacon. Fry them with the vegetables.
Add the tomato puree and add the white wine.
Cover with water, return the beans and add the diced smoked ham.
Add the thyme and cook for 20 minutes at a low temperature.
Put the whole bean soup in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) and bake for 40 minutes.
The cassoulet (the tastiest bean soup with sausages) is ready.
