How to make
First of all, the stuffing for the peppers is made.
The cheese curd, white cheese and eggs are beaten well.
Add a little salt and savory herb, as well as 2 of the garlic cloves - pressed.
Then the stems are removed from the washed peppers, the seeds are cleaned as much as possible and they are filled to the brim with the mixture.
When the peppers are ready, prepare the tomato sauce. Grate the tomatoes and mix them with 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper, a teaspoon of sugar and mix the sauce well.
Add about 3-4 tablespoons of oil and the tomato sauce is poured into a baking pan. Arrange the stuffed peppers on top.
Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees).
Once the sauce boils, reduce the heat to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake them for about 50 minutes or until the peppers are nicely browned.
When they are ready, sprinkle them with parsley.
