How to make
For the base, grind the biscuits, mix them with the soft butter, spread them out and lightly press the biscuit base to the bottom.
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla and as much powdered sugar as you like. Mix very well, so that there are no lumps.
I peeled the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, added the sugar and boiled it.
I blended, until a smooth mixture was obtained and after it cooled, I added a packet of gelatin, prepared according to the instructions on the package.
I assembled the pumpkin pie, sprinkled it with coconut shavings and left in the fridge overnight.
The next day I served the unique homemade pumpkin pie.
