How to make
All of the vegetables for the rich casserole are cut and cleaned. Peel the tomato and finely chop it.
Stew the carrots and onions in oil. Then add the pepper and stir. Add the tomatoes.
When the water evaporates, add the chickpeas, flour and spices. Pour 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of water and cook until it starts boiling.
Pour the finely chopped potatoes on the bottom of the casserole. Then add all of the other vegetables. You can add water, if needed. Cut and add the sausage.
Bake the chickpeas with potatoes and sausage in the oven for 40 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).
