  • asparagus - 8 pcs.
  • emmental - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • prosciutto crudo - 4 slices
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the egg, grated parmesan, soaked and squeezed from the water bread, crushed garlic cloves and black pepper.

Knead the products very well.

Boil the asparagus for 7-8 minutes in salted water.

Spread the minced meat on a piece of cling film in a rectangular shape. Cover it with sliced ​​prosciutto and arrange the boiled asparagus on top.

Sprinkle with diced Emmental. Wrap it into a roll with the help of the cling film.

Refrigerate it for 1 hour.

After this time, heat 1 cup of olive oil in a large pan.

Fry the minced meat roll for 3-4 minutes on each side. Drizzle it with white wine.
