How to make
Pour the water and oil into a pot and place it on the stove to boil the liquid.
Pour most of the flour into a bowl. Form a well in the middle and pour the boiling liquid inside. Mix well with a spatula.
When the resulting mixture has cooled, add the eggs one by one. Knead a soft and non-stick dough, by adding the remaining amount of flour in portions.
Cover the bowl with the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place for half an hour.
Meanwhile, finely chop the yellow cheese and ham, add the grated cheese, savory herb and stir.
Tear small balls from the dough. Roll them out into a thin crust. Put some of the stuffing in each one and fold them into a crescent shape. Press the edges of the chebureki with a fork.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the chebureki with a rich filling, until they obtain a golden color.
