How to make
Clafouti is an easy and quick dessert, which can be prepared with different fruit.
In this recipe of mine, my favorite pears are present, wrapped in vanilla and the animal milk is replaced with vegetable milk, which makes the dessert even lighter.
Start by preparing this clafouti by first turning your oven on and preheat it to 300°F (150 degrees).
Beat the eggs until a homogeneous liquid mixture with a few bubbles is obtained, without turning into a fluffy and foamy mixture.
Add the powdered sugar, the almond milk, with the flour beaten in it and then the vanilla extract.
Beat well again and leave the mixture aside for 15 minutes or while preparing the pears.
Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove their core along with the seeds, Then cut them into thin pieces, lengthwise.
When you are done with the fruit, grease 4 molds with a diameter of 5.7″ (14.5 cm) or one larger mold (for example for tart) and distribute the mixture. Be sure to stir it again beforehand to prevent the flour from remaining on the bottom.
Add the pears (one half in a mold, or if you're using one large mold, arrange them however you like).
Bake in a preheated oven at 59.1″ (150 degrees), until they/it aquire/s a golden brown color, for about 1 hour.
Serve the dessert warm, sprinkled with caramel, or at room temperature, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
