  • pangasius - 2 whole fish fillets
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g) melted
  • dijon mustard - 2 tbsp.
  • fresh garlic - 2 stalks

How to make

First, melt the butter over low heat, then spread it on a large sheet of foil.

Put the foil in a tray and arrange the pangasius on top. Grease the fish with half of the whole amount of butter. Season with salt and carefully seal the foil.

Put the tray in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) and bake for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the fresh garlic and mix it with the mustard and the remaining butter.

Remove the fish from the oven and carefully open up the foil. Spread the fish fillets with the prepared mixture and seal the foil again.

Bake for another 10 minutes, take them out and leave them to cool slightly. Remove the baked fish from the foil and serve it with a fresh salad of your choice.

The pangasius with fresh garlic pesto is very tasty.
