Ingredients

  • butter - 4 oz (110 g)
  • powdered sugar - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • vanilla - 2 powders (4 g)
  • white flour - 8 oz (230 g)
  • dried apricots - 2.1 oz (60 g)

How to make

Finely chop the apricots. The products must be at room temperature.

Mix the flour, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.

With your hands, knead the butter with the dry ingredients, until a crumbly mixture is obtaind. Knead the dough well, so that you can form a roll.

Put the roll onto cling film and wrap it nicely to make it easier to roll.

Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour. Take it out when it's ready. The roll must be firm. With a sharp knife, cut it into slices - about 0.6″ (1.5 cm) thick.

Place them in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 320°F (160 degrees) for about 15 minutes.

The biscuits with dried apricots are ready.
