"Summer is the season of warm passion and yummy salads."

Ingredients

  • onions - 2 small heads
  • cherry tomatoes - 14
  • peppers - 1 green
  • lettuce - 4 leaves or iceberg lettuce
  • potatoes - 3 large
  • eggs - 3 large
  • tuna - 2 cans
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • lemons - squeezed juice of 1 lemon

How to make

Boil the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil the eggs also, cut them into halves or thirds. Arrange 2 lettuce leaves as a bed in two deep plates.

On top of them, distribute the chopped pepper and onions and add a can of tuna per plate. Arrange whole or halved cherry tomatoes and boiled eggs on the sides.

Top everything with lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt to taste. Serve with chives for decoration.
