  • macaroni - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • chorizo - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • tomato sauce - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • chicken broth - 3 cups (600 ml)
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1 pinch
  • olive oil - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch (or by taste)
  • green olives - 2.5 oz (70 g) stuffed with anchovies
  • yellow cheese - about 5.3 oz (150 g) or aged mozzarella

How to make

In a pot pour the olive oil, tomato sauce, chicken broth, garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt. Stir well.

Cut the chorizo ​​into circles (in a sausage form) and you can also cut the olives or leave them whole. Put them in the tomato mixture and boil for 10 minutes under a lid over medium heat.

Pour the macaroni. If the liquid does not cover them, add a little more water or broth.

Boil under a lid for half the time indicated on the package, then transfer everything into a baking pan and put it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for the rest of the time required for their preparation. The liquid should have almost evaporated, but even if it there's still some sauce left, it's no big deal.
