How to make
This colorful and rich salad, in addition to being beautiful, is also very tasty and nutritious. It can be safely served for a nutritious lunch or dinner and to satisfy our appetite and senses.
The iceberg for the salad is washed and torn. If desired, it can be mixed with other salad leaves such as lollo verde and rosso.
Mix with cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls and season with olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar (optional).
Divide it into two salad bowls and sprinkle it with crunchy cereal flakes, pesto and grated Parmesan cheese.
Put the gorgonzola in several pieces on the side, as well as a spoonful of salad tomato sauce.
Place arugula on top of the finished cheese salad, drizzle it with olive oil and serve it.
