How to make
Tear up the iceberg lettuce by hand in a medium bowl. Add arugula. Slice the carrots and cucumber into cubes. The green part of the onion is cut into large pieces, set a few aside for decoration.
Add a can of corn and pour the dressing in. Toss the salad well and add cherry tomatoes at the end so as not to crush them. Garnish with the chives' stalks.
You can make the dressing yourself, by mixing 2 tablespoons of yoghurt, a little mayonnaise, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, and salt to taste.
