How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel and cut them into small cubes, add finely chopped onions to them. Fry until golden brown in hot cooking oil. Add the diced leberkase.
Stir the mixture several times, remove it from the heat, season with salt and black pepper and sprinkle it with grated cheese.
This appetizer is served with a slice of roasted peppers and pickle spirals.
