How to make
Season the meat by sprinkling it with the spices and rubbing them well over the whole piece of meat.
Put the meat in a baking pan and pour it with oil.
Pour the wine into the baking pan as well.
Cover the meat with aluminum foil and roast it in the oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 1 hour.
Before taking it out of the oven, you can roast it for a very short time, so that the roasted pork does not dry out without foil.
Cut the roasted whole pork loin into thin slices and serve it with a garnish of your choice.
