  • pumpkin seeds - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • sesame seeds - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • poppy seeds - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • spinach leaves - 7.7 oz (220 g)

  • lemon - the juice of 1/2 lemon
  • black pepper
  • sugar

How to make

The pumpkin seeds should be raw and peeled. Put all of the seeds in a non greased pan at a moderate temperature to bake.

Bake them for 2 minutes until they aquire a golden color and become fragrant. You need to shake the pan periodically, so that they don't burn.

When they are ready, remove them from the heat and place them in a small bowl to cool.

In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice with the black pepper, cumin, sugar and olive oil.
