The pumpkin seeds should be raw and peeled. Put all of the seeds in a non greased pan at a moderate temperature to bake.
Bake them for 2 minutes until they aquire a golden color and become fragrant. You need to shake the pan periodically, so that they don't burn.
When they are ready, remove them from the heat and place them in a small bowl to cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice with the black pepper, cumin, sugar and olive oil.
Beat the dressing ingredients very well. Clean and wash the spinach leaves and place them in a serving bowl.
Sprinkle them with the dressing and mix the salad. Sprinkle half of the seeds and mix the vegetable salad carefully, add the rest of the seeds.
The spinach salad with seeds is very healthy.
The salad is ready to be served!
