How to make
Put the minced chicken in a bowl. Add one finely chopped onion, parsley, salt, egg and black pepper. Knead the minced meat.
Shape the chicken meatballs. Roll them in flour and fry them in a pan with heated oil on both sides until they're done.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Fry them in a pan with oil. Take them out and set them aside.
In the same pan put the remaining onion, which is cut into medium-sized pieces and rolled in flour. Take it out and mix it in the potatoes.
In a baking pan, place half of the potatoes with onions on the bottom, arrange the meatballs on top and the remaining potatoes with onions on top.
Sprinkle the meatballs and potatoes and yellow cheese and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) until the cheese has melted.
Serve the French Chicken Meatballs warm.
