How to make
Cut the fillet into small pieces (1/2″ (1 cm) - 3/4″ (2 cm) wide). Grate the carrots and onion on a grater. Mix the carrots, onions and rice, add salt and sweetener. Mix the mixture well, spreading it into a fireproof glass bowl or tray.
Arrange the chopped fillet on top, season it with the fillet spices. Do not overdo it, lest it becomes too salty and also note that the fillet seasoning has salt and other spices!
Fill a pan or glass bowl with water or broth. Bake until the softening of the meat and other products. Beat the 3 egg whites and add the yoghurt. Pour on the resulting topping and return to the oven until you get a well-baked crust :)
