How to make
Cut the eggs and cucumber into wheels. Put a foundation of yoghurt in a large flat plate and start arranging a layer of eggs, cucumbers and then another layer of eggs.
Sprinkle it with crushed parsley and dill, and garnish with a whole sprig of parsley.
