How to make

Soak the beans from the night before in a bowl of cold water. The next day, put it in a suitable cookware with water to boil. When it is almost cooked, start adding the chopped vegetables, in the order described.

The tomatoes are added after the beans have boiled. Add salt and parsley at the end.

Since this variety of beans are baked in the oven, you must consider the amount of water to be slightly less than ordinary beans in a pot.

Add parsley and now pour the beans into a baking pan and bake them in the oven to the desired consistency.

Do not wait for the water to evaporate completely, because the beans continue to absorb it even after they're fully baked.

Turn off the oven and leave the beans in it for another 15 minutes. They can be eaten hot as a main dish, cold as a bean salad or side dish.

Each version is very tasty!
