How to make
Boil the potatoes until they're ready. Peel them and mash them into a puree, while they're still warm.
Grate the white cheese and add it to the potatoes. Beat the egg and add the remaining ingredients.
Knead until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Crack the second egg in a bowl and beat it with a fork.
Shape the potato patties, dip them in the beaten egg and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle them with oil or you can grease the paper in advance before arranging the patties.
Bake until they aquire a golden brown color in a preheated oven.
Serve them with garlic sauce, by mixing the indicated ingredients until a smooth mixture is obtained.
