How to make
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices and fry it in the pan along with the soy sauce, sugar and ginger.
In a separate non-stick skillet, fry the almonds briefly until they're lightly browned.
Add the sliced onions, zucchini, peppers and carrots to the almonds. Fry them briefly with a little oil, add the chicken with the sauce and fry until it's fully cooked.
Shortly before removing the dish from the heat, add the flour and leave it to simmer until the sauce thickens.
The delicious dish is served with rice.
The chicken with almonds and vegetables is ready.
