How to make
Wash the okra well and clean them from their stems.
Arrange the okra tightly in a jar.
In a suitable bowl, add all of the ingredients for the marinade - salt, vinegar, olive oil and honey and boil the mixture.
Pour the marinade over the okra and if necessary, top up the jars with a little boiling water.
Close them tightly and leave them for 24 hours before opening the jars.
Store them in the refrigerator.
