How to make
I diced the pumpkin. I sprinkled it with 2 tbsp. of honey and another 4-5 tbsp. of sugar.
I didn't have enough honey, so I resorted to sugar.
I sprinkled it with cinnamon and mixed everything. I added very little warm water.
If you like, you can add walnuts. I did not have any.
I put everything in a deep baking pan and placed it in the oven for at least an hour at 360°F (180°C).
I checked to see if it's ready after 1 hour.
The roasted pumpkin turned out great!
