How to make
Wash the chicken and pat dry. Season with salt inside out. Add white pepper all over the chicken and in the cavity as well.
Rub with paprika and place the chicken into a baking dish with a lid.
Pour the beer and water on the side, and arrange the chunks of butter on the chicken.
Cover with the lid and place the chicken in a cold oven. Bake for 2 hours at 370°F (190 degrees).
