How to make
Saute the onion and carrots, season with salt and add 2 tbsp. of paprika and 2 tbsp flour. Cook for a few minutes stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Add the potatoes and water and bring to a boil.
Add the mince and rice meatballs to the soup and cook for about 30 minutes or until cooked. Season with oregano.
Add the vermicelli noodles and cook following the package instructions.
Serve with finely chopped parsley.
