Ingredients

  • fresh mozzarella - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • baby spinach - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • marinated bell peppers - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • Dressing
  • honey - 1 tbsp. (liquid)
  • white balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 4 - 5 tbsp. (extra virgin)
  • salt - 1 - 2 pinches (or by taste)
  • garlic powder - 1 pinch

How to make

The baby spinach leaves are washed in cold water and strained and dried.

Cut the bell peppers into cubes and the fresh mozzarella into slices.

In a bowl, mix all of the dressing products and mix everything very well. Flavor the baby spinach with this dressing.

In a wide plate in the center, arrange the mozzarella rings, lightly salt them and drizzle them with olive oil.
