"Fresh and appetizing bites of cheese and fruit, which are a great addition to any open bottle of white wine"

Ingredients

  • manchego - 1.8 oz (50 g) mature
  • gouda - 2.8 oz (80 g) mature
  • blue cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • goat cheese roll - 3.5 oz (100 g) cream cheese
  • cheddar - 2.8 oz (80 g) mature
  • grapes - 2.8 oz (80 g) of grains
  • pears - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • fruit - optional (figs, wild berries)
measures

How to make

Use wooden or plastic sticks to arrange the bites on to make them look more beautiful.

Peel and cut the pear into circles and cut out the seeds and the hard part in the middle. Peel the grapes as well.

Cut the cheese into cubes or as you like and alternate a piece of cheese and a piece of fruit in the order you want - you can make all the bites the same or different to make it more fun.

Place a stick on each bite and serve them on a wooden platter or board.
