Ingredients

  • ladyfingers - 6 - 8 pcs.
  • vanilla pudding - 2.1 oz (60 g) powder
  • milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • cream cheese - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • powdered sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • fruit mix - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • white chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Boil 2/3 of the milk along with the sugar. Add the pudding dissolved in the remaining milk to it.

Stir the cream until it thickens. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate and butter and stir. Stir and let the cream cool.

In a bowl, beat the cheese along with the powdered sugar. To it in parts, add the cooled pudding and mix.

Put the coarsely ground walnuts and pieces of ladyfingers into suitable cups.

Pour the cream and sprinkle with fruit. Cream again, walnuts and finish off with cream.

Top up with the vanilla cream with biscuit pieces and a sprinkle of sugar. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
