tomatoes - 2 pcs.fresh garlic - 4 stalksdried tomatoes - 20 gpitted olives - 10 - 12 pcs.marinated beets - 3.5 oz (100 g)parsley olive oil salt lemon juice olive paste - for decorationeggs - 1 pc. (hard boiled)dried basil - 1 tsp.raw pumpkin seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g)measures
How to make Cut tomatoes and beets into cubes and the fresh garlic into circles. Cut the olives in half. Chop the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes.
Put everything in a deep bowl and add the nuts and basil. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix everything well.
Garnish with olive paste and an egg.
