Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • fresh garlic - 4 stalks
  • dried tomatoes - 20 g
  • pitted olives - 10 - 12 pcs.
  • marinated beets - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • olive paste - for decoration
  • eggs - 1 pc. (hard boiled)
  • dried basil - 1 tsp.
  • raw pumpkin seeds - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Cut tomatoes and beets into cubes and the fresh garlic into circles. Cut the olives in half. Chop the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes.

Put everything in a deep bowl and add the nuts and basil. Season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice and mix everything well.

Garnish with olive paste and an egg.
