How to make
Sponge cake, but for weight loss - this is Katina's recipe, which I changed a bit, but it's still delicious and dietary.
Using a fork, beat the eggs with low-fat cottage cheese and liquid stevia.
Add yogurt, oatmeal, chopped nuts, raisins, olive oil, baking powder and a little liquid vanilla.
In the original recipe it is prepared with pieces of pear, but I did not have a pear and I prepared it with one apple - peeled and cut into cubes.
Mix all of the products well.
Pour the dough onto baking paper in a small cake tin and bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) until it aquires a golden color and it's fully baked.
Take it out, leave it to cool and cut it into 8 pieces. You can eat 2 pieces for breakfast with one cup of coffee without sugar or a glass of ayran or 3 pieces for lunch - it's a great meal.
Each piece contains 1 block of protein, fat and carbohydrates.
