  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • savory herb
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • oil

How to make

Peel the potatoes, grate them and put them in a bowl of water.

Then wash the carrots and grate them.

In a separate bowl, strain the potatoes from the water very well.

Combine the carrots, egg, savory herb, breadcrumbs and knead continuously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Put baking paper in a tray.

From the prepared mixture form potato patties and arrange them at a distance from each other.

Bake them in the oven at 360°F (180 degrees).

The potato and carrot patties are ready.
