Ingredients

  • roasted red peppers - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • stuffing
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • yellow cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g) grated
  • parsley
  • salt - by taste
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • fresh parsley
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • oil - for frying
  • breadcrumbs - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • flour - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • egg whites - 1 pc. (for breading)

How to make

The roasted red peppers are peeled and they can also be from a tin.

In a bowl mix the cottage cheese, crumbled white cheese, grated yellow cheese, peeled and diced tomatoes (without the seeds), fresh parsley, egg and as much salt as you like.

Stir well to mix the products.

Fill the roasted peppers with a teaspoon on one side. Roll them in the beaten egg whites, then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and flour.

Heat the oil and fry the peppers burek on both sides until they aquire a golden color. Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the fat.

Serve them with salad. They are very tasty and have a crispy crust!

The breaded peppers with cottage cheese, white cheese and yellow cheese are ready.
