How to make
Soak the beans in water for 1 day in advance and then boil them well with a little salt. All the vegetables are mixed and placed in preheated oil to braise.
You will get something like a porridge that needs to stew for a bit until some of the liquid evaporates, but not completely. Finally, add the drained beans with spices to taste, stew for a few more minutes and remove them from the heat.
Serve this bean appetizer with sliced pickled bell peppers and crushed parsley.
