How to make
The tortellini are boiled in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
When they float up to the top, they are taken out with a slotted spoon and part of the water is set aside for later.
Heat the cooking cream in a small saucepan.
Gorgonzola sliced cheese is added to it.
Stir the sauce until a homogeneous creamy mixture is obtained.
The sauce is seasoned with freshly ground black pepper, grated nutmeg and finely chopped fresh parsley.
Place the tortellini in a suitable dish and serve them covered with the prepared Gorgonzola sauce.
