Ingredients

  • butter - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • eggs - 5
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons
  • milk - 1 cup
  • apples - 2 - 3
  • biscotti - 9 oz (250 g), crushed
  • cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
  • coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon zest - grated rind of 1 lemon
  • walnuts - 1 handful
  • raisins - 1 handful
  • vanilla - a few drops of essence
  • bananas - 2
  • jam - 2 tablespoon from figs or other
measures

How to make

Grease a Teflon dish with butter. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and add the grated apples, chopped walnuts, breadcrumbs, crushed biscotti and all the other ingredients.

Put the container in a water bath and bake until thickened. Be careful not to boil the water. Decorate the New Year's pudding with cream, walnuts or make decorations as desired.
